We provide you with 2 ways to report potential problems with our technologies: by mail or by web. Both of them are managed through our FogBugz, our bug tracking system, and can be used interchangeably.
Bug reporting by email
This is the easiest method: send your issue to
cases[@]syneto[.]fogbugz[.]com. You will receive automated emails when your case is stored, edited and closed. A sample feedback from the system is depicted below.
Bug reporting by web
This is an alternative to the email sending solution which requires you to go to
https://syneto.fogbugz.com/. On that page, you have links to enter a new case, or see the status of a case already reported by you. The status of the bug reported using email is shown below.
